The Sidewalk Less Traveled

Our poor neighbor's sidewalk is covered in snow; the snow (and probably ice) is just a little below knee deep. It's hard to see the depth since there are no shadows against the white snow. I think every time someone comes up to this part of the sidewalk, they just walk in the clear street. But if you were there, you could look closely at the snow and see light imprints of foot prints in the snow. Obviously someone attempted to go over the snow, rather then around it. I pray they made it across this 15 feet chilled, vast Arctic desert. (haha)
